We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you must cancel a scheduled event, a full refund will be given if notice is provided within 14 days of the scheduled event. Any cancellations that occur less than 14 days before the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit. However, we will allow you to reschedule your event for a later date. Any cancellations or changes made within a week of the event are at the sole discretion of Game Spot on Wheels.

All game truck reservations require a deposit of $ 100.00 at the time of booking. Our party equipment rentals also require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

**If you are booking an event within 1 week of the scheduled event, the full balance will be due at the time of reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid in the full 72 hours before the scheduled event. For our party equipment rentals, the remaining balance is also due within 72 hours of the scheduled event.

Game Spot on Wheels is a fully self-contained unit. Our game truck comes equipped with our own generator that will provide power to run all our systems. Therefore, Game Spot on Wheel will not use your home power system or internet at the event.

Game Spot on Wheels will provide a game coach at each event to supervise gamers or any other entertainment we are providing only. Any additional entertainment not provided by Game Spot on Wheels will be the responsibility of the host. We do ask that at least one adult/host be present to supervise children 6 years and under.

Sorry, no food, beverages, or chewing gum will be permitted inside the game truck.  If booking a Movie Party we will permit popcorn, chips, and resealable drinks since there is no handling of game controllers.

If we can park our truck, we can cater to any event. Examples of locations include homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.

Game Spot on Wheels offers a comprehensive catalog of games ranging from E to M in ratings. Please advise at the time of booking if you have any specific game requests.

Our Game truck can handle up to 24 players at a time.

We do not charge for additional mileage within our service area. In the event your event is outside of our service area, please contact us for a quote.
